I beat Mile High Club on March 18, 2009. I just beat the game on veteran, so it was my first time playing the level (it took me like 50+ attempts but i did it lmao)

I beat about a year ago on a friends account. I spent an hour non stop timing the level and eventually cleared it. But when I got home I could not do it.So for a good part of the year I failed miserably trying to beat it. Then Insider Moves showcased the achievment and I did what they said and got it. I actually threw my controler from all my joy... it short circuits a bit if you tap the sides now.. '`/ But I Haz Achieveable!

I had the hardest time with the one that's behind a door near the Ferris Wheel, it was a pian to get the door to open.
I think I used nextgenwalkthroughs.com for the intel iirc.
