You don't have to do Mile High Club to get Deep and Hard. I completed the entire game on veteran first, so I got my achievement before I even unlocked the Mile High Club mission.

this achievment can be done easily by the use of flashbangs - sprint - and for u to know the level inside out.
i did it with 10 seconds to spare by just running trough when the enimies were blinded - take ure time tho as if u just rush it youll die.
