Has anyone played the outfit yet? This game is horrible. The only good thing about it, it has co-op. There really aren't that many people playing it anymore, but I'm looking for some one who can help me beat it, so it won't get boring as hell by myself.
I played it a LONG time ago but it wasn't that great

I actually think EDF2017 is really fun, but I have been playing it co-op with a good friend every time. I thoroughly recommend that to everyone.
The Achievements are actually well inline with the spirit of what Achievements are supposed to be, but they are a nightmare to any whores/waffles.
Basically, there are 6 Achievements, 1 for completing every mission on each difficulty. This means if you want the one for say 'Hard', you have to go through the entire game on that difficulty. If you change diff somewhere, you will have to go back later and do whatever missions again on the difficulty for the Achievement you are trying to unlock.
The key to doing well in EDF is playing as much as you can stand on higher difficulties to get better weapon drops, and then going back and finishing missions on lower difficulties with good weaponry. Also, try out different weapon set ups to get a feel for what you do best with.
Barring a few exceptions, there aren't any "best" weapons per se.
