I must say I am impressed with this service. The discs are always clean and in the best condition, I don't have to worry about trying to put the disc in my 360 and it saying that the disc is dirty or whathaveyou. Not to mention if you want to keep a game you can. No late fees, keep 'em for as long as you'd like (Yay I'm a commercial) And if your game gets lost in the mail you won't be held responsible from what I've seen by reading the FAQ.

Also, what's really neat is if there's a post office holiday coming up they'll tell you so you can expect for your game to maybe have a delay in getting to your place. Anyways, this could maybe be a review of a service, but I thought I'd post it in blogs.

I only subscribed to GameFly because I get reimbursed for it by thegamereviews.com and it's no lie. I got a check already. So far I've rented Mass Effect and now I have The Orange Box. Both have been in excellent 'brand new' condition.

i enjoy gamefly too, but sometimes I have had a few problems. The most recent bing getting a game that wasn't in my gameq. When I contacted them about this they told me that this only happens when one has few games in his gameq. Mine was filled all 50 spots. Besides that though I think it has been a great service.

I was a member for over a year and hated their service. I rent locally now and its way better. I can get what game i want when i want instead of waiting a week or two just to recieve my game in the mail. Unless your from the west coast I wouldnt even bother trying gamefly out. I live in ohio and would get 2 games sent to me a month if I was lucky.

When were you last subscribed? I don't have the service, but I believe they opened a distribution center near the east coast a few months ago.

I don't rent at all although I'd love to. My local rental place always has a horrible selection. I'd love to use gamefly but my gaming is usually pretty irregular. Some months I'll play a ton and others I'll never pick up a controller. If I had Gamefly, I'd still be paying for those months of inactivity.

Same here, that's why I've thought of using GameFly but don't. If I do need to rent something I print out a Diamond coupon for Hollywood Video and rent two games there, since Blockbuster's selection sucks. I don't normally do that either, however, since Hollywood Video is two towns over.

Indeed they did, and it's actually right in Pittsburgh. I'm with Gamefly now, and I'm getting games far faster than I did before.

i guess ill be the first to give them negative feedback. i had my fun with gamefly so i decided to try something new. which was gameznflix which was cheaper with the promo code. long story short, i sent the last of the rentals back when i cancelled the service. it turns out they never receive the games and its been 4 months already and still havent receive them. note i always drop the games at the post office delievery box for the past year and had no problems til then. so til this day i still give them a thumbs down since they are charging me for 3 games at around 80 bucks.

I had GameFly for a few months. I live in Houston, TX and had relatively quick turn around. Most of the time, I would send a game back, they would send me a confirm e-mail in 3-4 business days, and i'd get my next game 3-5 after that.

I didn't like the game queue system, though, because until I recently started harvesting Achievements. Most of the time, when I want to play a video game, it's something specific.

When I had some problems with my associated checking account, I had to cancel the service. I told them so ahead of time and they didn't charge me (i missed the payment date by a day) and didn't even hassle me about sending back the 2 games right away which I did anyway.

Overall I was satisfied with the service but I now have Blockbuster's gamepass thing and it's much faster to just go down the street and swap 'em out, especially good for some of the games that have really quick playtime/Achievements.

I like gamefly for the fast service from them I get my games like in 2 to 3 days usually if i time it right on a Friday so i can game the weekend. also because I been with them for 8 months I get a 10% discount on all my games that I buy plus a 5.00 coupon I can use towards the game of my choice.

the best thing is if I like a game i can try it first BEFORE dropping 60 bucks on something i might just hate.
