I am asking everyone to take a step back and remember what makes XboxAmerica a great site. We allow for a lot of freedom on here, but I cannot turn a blind eye when long-time members start to leave after getting railroaded. I have been very busy lately and have not had a chance to jump in and read every thread, consequently I missed the meat of the underlying issue.
However, everyone has differing opinions and anytime there is an issue or a disagreement that escalates, all parties are culpable. In this case, a simple question lit into a blazing fire where people got way to personal from both sides.
All I am asking is that everyone that uses this site respect each other, what they do and the opinions that are shared. Please keep your emotions in check. We aren't hard-asses and do not want to be. However, if we continue to see the escalation of thread disagreements into personal attacks, we will begin blocking and deleting posts if it even smells like it will be trouble. If that does not curb it, we will break out the ban hammer if necessary.
There are great things in store for this site going forward, lets continue to balance our strong community with growth to be one of the best Xbox 360 sites on the net.
