Well, it seems that circuit city is having a sale on all of there clearance games; any game marked 10.96 to 19.96 is only 9.96 this week. I'm assuming they are using the odd change to keep select games out of the sale (for example, GR:AW was 12.96, so it is on sale this week, but GR:AW 2 is 19.99, so it falls 3 cents short).
