I personally think the plot will be along the lines of such:
The Big Sisters are kidnapping the Little Sisters in Bioshock 2, and you, now the only Big Daddy, has to try to save them. So the Big Sisters do the exact opposite of what the Big Daddies did in Bioshock 1. So the point of B2 will be to rescue all the Little Sisters like that picture shows "Harvest, Rescue."
Just my thoughts.

that's not bad. one thing that makes me wonder about that though, is the dates. bioshock took place in 1960. the little sisters in bioshock appeared to be around 5-7, right? bioshock 2 is seemingly going to place in 1967, and the "kidnapper" is taking girls between the ages of 5-7.
these new little girls couldn't possibly be the daughters of the little sisters, either. 1967 would make them around 14ish. and then you think back to the ending of the first one...

i know that 1967 has to be significant though. i'm sure there's a reason.

same here man. i'm getting lost lol.
especially after reading about the kidnappings.
it's gotta' be the first big daddy at this point. it has to be.
but then we see the screenshot with the harvest/save option. i mean what the hell??
maybe the first big daddy (you) is kidnapping the girls before the big sister can get to them?
either way, when you get your hands on that article let us know!

i still haven't checked the teaser site today yet. maybe it's time to pay a visit.

Isn't there a diary that says something like "If anything ever happens to Rapture, I will do whatever it takes to make sure this place lives on."? I'm thinking it was in the last room before you get to

And with that screenshot, it says "adopt". That has to be the Big Daddy either adopting all of them and saving them or harvesting them. Maybe Tennenbaum has something to do with it,

Or maybe the big sister is one of the little sisters? Wouldn't surprise me, considering there was one that just seemed pissed off that she was saved.
