O I see, but where do u exactly go to to change it?
I go to a file on the webserver named Penelope_Cron_Awards.php. It's a file that's executed every 15 minutes and handles all the automatically granted awards. There's a line within the code of that file that selects all the gamertags from the database that have either 'Xbox America' or 'xboxamerica' anywhere in their their bios.
