I have the chatpad and rechargeable battery. I've gone through a couple wired mics, 2 or 3. I have the vision camera and two controllers.

I used the wireless headset before but people said they couldn't hear me that well with...meg says hers is really good so IDK...I might have gotten a forked up one...I just went back and traded it in for a game and I use my wired mic....it works really good.
I have 4 Wireless controllers, 3 black ones and 1 white one along with a black plug&play and a white plug&play
I have a different variety of faceplates but for some reason the old plan stock faceplate is on my 360 at this moment, lol
I thought about getting the chatpad but I wasn't real sure if it was worth the money...can someone give me opinions on it?

my 2nd one works good.. my first one was jacked up after like less than a few weeks i would put it on the charger and it would just go blank and wouldn't charge or turn on, that's why i said keep the receipts! cause i know it can be a pain to go spend 60 dollars and then throw the receipt away and it mess up on you, then you become angry with the product cause you just wasted all that money

didn't see the question about the chatpad but it's really useful especially if you talk to a lot of people

Yeah...assuming you don't accidently vaccum up the cord on the new-type headset it comes with
Lol, anyways, I've got three wireless controllers, like 4 of the old wired mics, the live vision cam, the chatpad, and the play and charge kits and battery charger. Those things are a life saver.

I keep my profile/tag (and Rock Band data) on a memory card for when I go to friend's houses or a gaming center, and I'm on my third controller right now.
I think the chat pad is definitely worth it if you like shooting quick text messages around like I do, or friends like to hassle you on MSN messenger while you are playing a tense Geo Wars round. Despite the size it is very ergonomic and super fancy the way the buttons have a nice back lighting so you can type in the dark. Plus, the headset that comes with it has the volume & mute control on the cord instead of right by the controller base, which I like.
I also bought a black wireless controller recently because I had worn out the right analog stick on 1 controller and the A button on another, and I bought the back-mounted intercooler when I first got my 360
I had heard 'anecdotal evidence' that these can actually get hot and make the temperature worse for your 360, but I was very paranoid about RRoD when I first got my console and I haven't had any problems yet so my fingers are crossed and those 3 fans are pushin' some hot, turkey-roasting air.

Oh yeah, I also have a faceplate on mine. It's the black one with skull & crossbones, and it also came with a skin for the sides that has all sorts of crazy stupid stuff on it. It was one GameStop sold.
I also put tons of stickers on mine.
For instance, on top of my intercooler I put a "Burnin' Hot" flavor sticker from when I used to work at WingStreet

4 controlers all with battery packs, a 512 memory card, charge station (a must have) 2 wireless mics (1 is a halo), controller stands that are chrome and white and look sick, some face plates (I should give them to Repo), and a HD DvD player with 37 movies, and a partridge in a pear tree.

I have three wireless controllers, the chatpad, the vision camera, and the rechargeable battery kit. The rechargeable battery is extremely helpful, I don't know how much money I've saved buying batteries, but I'm sure it's a lot.
