We just received a rather well sourced rumor from Microsoft that they will be releasing 1st Party Cooling Devices. Its said that Microsoft is already developing and testing the new cooling products. No official word has been released about this, but in the past Xbox 360 has been plagued with faulty hardware due to the Xbox 360 overheating because of the weak cooling the console provides itself.

Its really only the cpu thats the problem, and that is already being addressed in their new consoles. Mine has never overheated though, so I won't bother fixing something that dosnt need to be fixed.

Well when you say new systems when did they start putting them out
It appears that Xbox360 Pros with a manufacture date of July 4th 2007 or later will have the HDMI port. However,no word on if it will have the smaller chip, which is what will reduce the power consumption and heat.

lol. I think they should do away with the core system all together and just market the pro/premium and the elite with the halo version as a special product
