My landlord just sent me a threatening text telling me to pay Aprils rent. I responded with a copy of the canceled check front and back. Companies that can't keep track of their shit grind my gears. Don't tell me I didn't pay you, asshole.
You better shut your mouth and write another check, ya damn vagrant hillbilly.

I made my first ebay purchase the other day and the item that I got was not as described. The seller is being really uncooperative, and won't let me get a refund. I contacted PayPal and they are looking into this. Seriously, though. It was a $14 used game. Why couldn't he just let me send it back and refund my money.

Better question- why can't you be happy and grateful that he sent you anything?

What game and how was it different than the description?

I bought what was described as L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition for the PS3, which is supposed to include all of the DLCs. It even said so in the description. However, he sent me the standard game.

I got shafted twice on Ebay. I bought Red Faction 2 for PS2 and I was sent Red Faction 1 in Red Faction 2 case. I wrote the guy and told him then sent him pictures and his response: "I know that you are lying. You put that in the case and are trying to rip me off." The second time was when I bought Dawn of the Dead on DVD. The guy sent me a burned copy of the movie in a original case.
Both of these happened way back in the day though. Pretty much when PS2 and DVDs weren't obsolete. Of course nothing happened to either of them and I was stuck with the shit items.

Wow that really blows. The seller and I exchanged about a dozen emails and he is being a complete a-hole. I opened a claim with PayPal so we will see what happens. I just get my $14 back so I can buy an actual copy of the game I want...

Haha good point

Although, it probably would've been easier to get a refund if he did that.

Shitty. Whenever I buy anything on eBay I always check the seller's recent feedback.

He didn't have too many reviews, but they were all positive. I guess I just got unlucky. I'm not sure if I am going to be using ebay again after this experience. I know it's not the site's fault, but this guy was being really rude to me.

I normally don't buy it if they have less than like 4 stars and so many positive reviews, granted I use amazon so not sure if ebay is the same way.

I've never had a problem with Amazon, so I will probably be sticking with them from now on. Lesson learned.

Uneven achievements grind my gears. I finally went back to FF XIII-2 and got the Serendipitus achievement and it brought up my score to a 3 instead of a 1. This sux.

So, I decided to set up a boosting session for gta 4 (on x360a) since anyone rarely plays it online....total fucking failure. Was supposed to be roughly 9 or so people and all of 3 showed up....then one of them randomly unfriends me and leaves....like what the fuck...if you decide to "sign up" so to say....show the fuck up...jesus christ!

I find it pretty hard to organize those kind of things, in general.
