Is it a liberal arts college? I think that's what it's called. I had a similar situation, & every major had to take at least one year (2 courses) of a foreign language.


It's part of my Gen-Ed's for the AA. The certificates I am working toward are all Digital Media and Fine Arts.

US Cellular grinds my gears, a lot right now. We have been loyal to them for many years, always on time with payments and what not.

Back in late August/early September their website part that handles billing crashed, and we have the online bill pay. So my wife went into a store to try to pay and they told her not to worry about it, that it would all be handled when the site came back up, we didn't have to pay anything yet. Sounds great right?

So the next month comes along, same site issue, same statement when we went in to try to pay.

The site finally gets repaired and emails go out saying so. So she gets on our account to see we not only do not owe anything, we have a $48 credit. Just fucking awesome you say?

Then a week later we get a bill in our email for 1 month(This is like about 11/15 or so), and a week later another bill for another month, and guess what we get a week later? Yep, another bill for another month. So at this point we have bills for both months the site was down and the November bill too. It is a huge amount, so it sucks, but we paid about half of it, and just got the bill for Dec, so it is almost like we didn't pay anything.

A friend who also uses them(Only been with them for about a year now) said he called and complained and they credited him one month back. So I tried the same just now.

All they can do for us, the customers who have been with them for like 8 years, is set up a payment plan to help us out, they wont charge us late fees, and they wont put it towards our credit. Oh and a $25 credit will be added to our account.

Fuck you US Cellular.

2 months, it crashed first and then they were performing maintenance or something. By the time it got up and running it was into the time when the 3rd months bill would come.

It just really sucks balls.
