When people don't believe something even when it's right in front of their eyes. I ordered a Pokémon Black and White 1 guidebook and was sent one for Black and White 2 instead. Sent the seller a return request so I could get the right one. I even sent a picture of what was sent to me. She tried telling me that's the right book and won't do the refund. Bitch.

lmao.
why do you talk to them anyway?
Haha you sound like my mom. I guess the short answer to that is that we've been friends for 25 years, and I love her even when I can't stand her. And despite what she portrays, her life is shitty. One day she's going to need a friend big time, and I'm just not letting myself become a burned bridge.

the fellowship of the swag.
that's cool, at least you stand by your friends even when they can be huge dumbasses, a lot of people won't do that or make friendships very one sided which is dumb.

Ugh- getting an order back from a client that says "there are grammatical errors, please revise."
NO THERE FUCKING AREN'T!!!!!!!
But to humor them, I ran it through 2 grammar checkers. Nothing pops- nothing. I'm considering dropping this client- I can't just correct random things.

Oh, you mean the type of client that costs you more money than you will actually make? I have run into a few of them.

Yup. It's a 400 word article. 10 minutes to research, 10 to write, 10 to proofread. That's fine. Now having to go back and spend hours trying to figure out what the mistakes they think I made are. Which is time I'm not being paid for. Suddenly my $16/ hr rate drops to $.50/hr. and chances are, the errors are their own- because if they were grammar experts, they wouldn't pay someone else to write for them.
