A similar thing happened to me, try completing the missions in co-op, it worked for me. Oh, it has to be in someone else's game, and it doesn't matter if they already completed it, just replay the missions.
Finally figured out how to fix it. I had to shut my Xbox off and turn it back on, then it let me finish the mission. I tried just exiting the game and reloading my save and it wouldn't work. When I tried to do the mission before there wasn't any dialogue, but when I turned off my 360 and retried it, as soon as the mission started there was dialogue.

Roommates being obnoxiously loud late into the the night when I have to get up early or being loud in the morning when I'm trying to sleep in. I hate roommates, lol.
Also, games with glitches. It's so unfair to not be able to obtain something when you should be able to.

Depends on the roommates. You could have some hot chicks as your roommates who like to be obnoxiously loud when pillow fighting.

My brother asked me to watch his dog, a pit/boxer almost the same size as I am. "he's a big baby!" he said. "he'll sleep all day, he isn't loud, and I only walk him twice a day." he said. He dropped him off yesterday afternoon, because he was going on a trip and leaving right after work, he said.
This. Dog. Has. Not. Stopped. Whining. For. Nearly. 24. Hours.
He whines in his cage. He whines out of his cage. He whines all day, he whines all night. The only time he stops whining is when he is barking at my cat. He hasn't slept since he got here and neither have I. I've already walked him 5 times- which is amazing because he has not eaten since he got here, he won't.

What grinds my gears - Bioshock 2 Research Master achievement. I messed it up on my first playthrough on easy and I think I may have messed it up last night on my hard playthrough. Which means I may have to go thru again....

What's even worse about those is when you activate them while IN the car they WANT and it makes you leave that car and go to a designated area to get the same fucking car
