It was 80 degrees out yesterday, 45 today. I woke up on the couch freezing my ass off while the dog was in my bed under all the blankets. Being outsmarted my the dog again grinds my gears...
In your defense, it is a pretty clever dog.

What grinds my gears is I had to get half my toenail taken off today. I had an ingrown toenail and had to go to the doctor to get part of my toenail removed. Damn you ingrown toenail.

It's mind-boggling how unrealistic Kinect Sports is. I had 8 strikes in a row in bowling against a champion opponent. Then all of a sudden Kinect can't discern between my hands and feet. I ended up losing 241 to 247 because I couldn't even roll my last ball.
What a fucking joke this game is. Not to mention, a "champion" level bowler CANNOT bowl over 240 every fucking game. At most tournaments and world title events, pro bowlers are lucky if they bowl over 220. Very rarely do they go much higher than that.

UPS guy shows up at the house today, finally, to bring my processor up to the door. I'm standing in the doorway waiting for him to hand it to me. Instead the fuckstick rolls it across the porch and it slams into the house. I yelled at the guy and tell him to get the fuck back so I can yell at him some more and he turns around and runs back into his truck. That's the 3rd time that same asshole has thrown my packages.
I've done talked to the supervisor at our UPS about the whole thing, 3 times now, and he says he'll "talk to him and take care of the situation." Yeah like he did the other 3 times?
Then after all that is said and done, I install the processor in the computer (1st time I've ever done it). Hoping I've done everything right, I fire up the computer and everything is going good. I get to Windows and it installs the new processor and says I have to reboot, so I do. Then wouldn't you know it my damn hard drive fails to boot.
It was making a strange clicking noise earlier, but didn't think anything of it. Now it doesn't work at all, so I lost everything on that hard drive. I took it out of the computer and gave it a little shake and it sounds like something broke and is rolling around inside it. I'm glad that my brother-in-law had a spare one, but now I have to invest in buying a hard drive now. I am seriously hating computers anymore.

Seriously, fuck the morons that programmed Kinect Bowling. I had 10 strikes in a row and then when I pick up the ball it magically bowls the ball DOWN THE GUTTER. The ball didn't even hit the lane, it just started in the gutter. I lose 263 to 264.. What a fucking joke.

Been doing Calendar Man in Arkham City since i got it. Fighting my natural instinct telling me to just tinker with the clock. That one achievement is all I lacked for completion. So I load my game up today and see "Save Corrupt.". WTF?!?!
That's what I get for trying to wait it out. Immediate gratification is better anyway.

I haven't played Arkham City yet so I know nothing of "Calender Man", but I always mess with the clock if thats an option, makes me feel sneaky. Did it with Bug Village, You Don't Know Jack & Brothers in Arms to name a few...
How did your save get corrupted?

You would've never done it with Bug Village if I hadn't of showed you!

I've been trying to figure out what happened to the save, but I can't think of anything that would have caused it. I keep my saves on a USB stick and play them on different Xbox consoles (I regularly played Arkham City on 2 newer slimline consoles at different houses).
This time, I fired it up on an old school console that I mostly just watch tv on. That was the only thing I did differently. Perhaps coincidence, but I recently began a Tomb Raider Anniversary game on that same USB, played it fine and went to restart Croft Manor and it kicked me back with a corrupt save.
I tested a couple other saves from different games on that same USB and they were fine. So I really can't be sure what triggered it. I guess I'll have to get all modern and start using the cloud.

^^^ My old elite ruins everything I put in it for some reason (USB's, Hard drives & some games). Got me stumped on how ur save got corrupted though.
@ AJ- I would've figured out the bug village trick if I wasn't oblivious to the idea of changing the time on my phone. But I do appreciate the tip...
