Warner Brothers Store.
Ordered a Lights hoodie (some girl singer) for my sister on the 12th of this month. Got the email confirmation that when it shipped they would email me to keep me updated. Last I had checked was yesterday and it was still in process. Check today on the site and it's shipped, but I didn't receive an email telling me about it. I shouldn't have to go back to an old email to take me to the receipt page to check the status on my order.
Really, hmm I was going to get some blu-rays from them since they gave me a discount for my birthday but I don't think so now

Getting ready to boost an arcade game with my buddy. Paid for the game and for some odd reason it keeps giving me the option to purchase the game and keeps me in the demo mode.

The postal service.
Here starts my TL-DR rant
I had a package that was coming DHL Express Mail. DHL did what it was suppose to do and transferred the package to my local post office since it was going to a P.O. Box. The package said it arrived at my post office this past Saturday, well they didn't have the ticket in my box yet, so I figured, oh well, they just haven't sorted the mail yet. I go in today with printed out tracking information that states that it is there. What does the guy behind the counter tell me. DHL doesn't deliver to the post office, that's a fraud. Meanwhile, I got the information directly from DHL and USPS's websites. After arguing with the guy for about ten minutes I got got pissed off and walked away.
I got on my phone and looked up the number for DHL customer service and gave them a call while still in the post office. After talking to the lady on the phone, who thankfully was very helpful, she had me put the guy at the post office on the phone. He was on the phone with her for a minute or so before his face got beat red. Not sure what she said to him, but I think she made him look like a fool. He types something in to the computer and walks in to the back. He comes back a few seconds later with a package with the giant letters "DHL" all over the box and sits it on the counter.
At this point I started laughing. I then looked at him and said "So...... DHL doesn't deliver here huh? I guess I must be reading those letters wrong. What does that say again?" To which he still wouldn't reply.
I took my package and left. Once I got back home I called the USPS customer support number and explained to them the situation. They apologized to me, and as an added bonus, they are sending me one of those prepaid visa gift cards for $20.
/rant
tl;dr
Just kidding, that really was an awesome story. How the hell did the guy get it in his mind that it was "fraud" that DHL was claiming to deliver it to where he's working?? That shit is ridiculous.
Yeah, people like to feed bs when they don't know what they are talking about. The thing is, I knew what I was talking about when I tried explain it to him yesterday. My mother has been the post master for the college around here for over 20 years and was the one who gave me all of the info.
Funny thing is, I went back in today to pick up another package. As soon as he saw me come through the door and ran off and hid in the back somewhere. The lady behind the counter kept trying to get him to bring the package up for her, but he wouldn't answer her. I just laughed and told her she would end up having to get it because I'm pretty sure he is scared of me now.

That is exactly why I hated that game. I ran into the same exact problem you did. An hour later, I was at Gamestop, exchanging that horrible game.

Last night I was playing online, you know, saving the world and stuff, when I got hungry.
So I went to raid the kitchen and when I got back I noticed that I was offline. Whatever, connections drop all the time. When I logged back in I got this message; "you were signed out because your gamertag was signed in at another console".
Oh crap! That does not sound good.
So I checked on my recently played games and saw Battlefield 3 as the most recent one, and I don't have that game.
When I went to my purchase history there was a lot of BF3 stuff that somebody purchased with my points.
On my 1-800-4MY-XBOX call everything was going smoothly, the person was very helpful and polite. But the only solution was to put my account on hold for "about" 20 (working, I guess) looooooong days.
So there I was. Only two options, either changing my password, losing my money and keep playing normally OR put my account on hold for a month but (hopefully) screw the douchebag that stole my points.
I went with the second choice. I'm going on vacation for a week anyways.
What grinds my gears is that you cannot play online while having your account investigated.
Looking it at the bright side, I have time now for offline games/achievements.
I'd like to think this is the guy that stole my stuff:
Sorry if there's some grammar butchering in this post, but it's a WALL OF TEXT and I won't be reading it twice.

Rev, they did that with my account because someone bought Rift with my MSP. It was turned off for a while, and my points still aren't back after over a month. I have yet to call and bitch at them, but it seemed like a waste of an "investigation."

Siri never understands anything I say. I know I'm from the south, but I didn't think my speech was unrecognizable!

After talking again with the people at customer service it seems that since my case is very "straightforward" it should be solved in about 16 days (that seems a pretty random number, if you ask me).
Also I was told that they won't interrupt my Live service unless absolutely necessary, because I have control over my account again, and they don't have to hunt it down.
It's kinda good news, I guess.
Kait, Were you out of service for long?
As I'm writing this, I got a Live message saying that my COD Elite 1-year PREPAID was suspended because there was a problem with the payment method. Strange because I just used the code from the hardened edition of the game.

When someone interrupts you while you're talking to make a comment or ask a question that would not have been necessary is they would have just kept their mouth shut and finished listening. I want to kick them in the throat. :\
