What the fuck!!!! I decided Tuesday night while playing Batman: Arkham Asylum, that Bane is way too fucking hard on hard. So I turn off my Xbox and decide to come back to it today. Apparently The save file got deleted because it doesn't exist on any of my drives. Fuck!!!

I wonder if it has anything to do with the beta, I just started a new game and after it saved I went to dashboard and checked the saves. Wasn't there

Its entirely possible. That's the problem with beta testing, you are dealing with a product that isn't bug-free....sometimes not even remotely. Hopefully your save is just hidden somewhere and will magically appear again later.
