Evol golfs AND was in marching band... and that guy's in some serious shape.
But no... I don't think band is a sport... it's an activity, it takes a lot of work and effort, it can be competitive, but it's not a sport. Taco- you're not an athlete. Sorry... and I say that because 1) you're basing being an athlete on being in band and 2) I've seen you without a shirt on.
Food network challenges are not sports either.
Wow...just wow. You two got something going on? Sending topless pics or what?

Crawermax. This sucks.
If you have the DLC that makes the level cap go up to 69 you could delete that and Crawmerax will be 63, forgot about that, sorry.
I tried that and it doesn't seem to work.

melissa most of those pics are from like 2 years ago xD ive gained a little muscle...i mean not much, but more then i had then xD i still dont know why i took all those shirtless pics...besides that, i never said i was an athlete xD i just said band was a sport, because it should be.
but im curious, why do you say band is NOT a sport? when something like competitive cheerleading is a sport, and band members work a lot harder then cheerleaders...or atleast, from what ive seen they do

Competitive cheerleading = gymnasts = sport. Band is not a sport. PS I believe you contradicted yourself because you are calling band a sport, yet saying you aren't an athlete. An athlete, by definition, is someone who plays a sport.
Just because something is minimally active doesn't mean it's a sport. I play Dance Central and Kinectimals and it is not even close to being a sport.

I don't remember the last time I saw someone in a band do a triple something flip through the air and land on 1 foot... Hitting a drum or playing a tuba or some shit like that is in no way a sport. LIke IRiSH said, performing art. You don't see anything having to do with instruments in the olympics, but gymnastics is.
Golf needs outrageous accuracy and precision on the player's part hit a ball 300+ yards onto a 30x30 foot green.

being in band isnt being "minimally active" ive seen some high school bands, and theyre VERY active. they get even more active when it comes to college, and have you ever watched a drum corps? they actually hooked up a drum corps drummer to a machine that monitored heart rate and breathing rate (they couldnt do it to a non-drummer, they have to breathe into the instrument xD) and the drummer they used had a heart/breathing rate that was just above that of a well trained competitive marathon runner (like, those people who are paid to run marathons and compete, not just the local ones you see in the county)
now if youre like some people, and you use the olympics test (if its in the olympics, its a sport) i think a marathon runner would be equivalent to say track and field (idk if marathon running is in the olympics xD i dont watch them) for someone to have the same physical conditions/pressures a marathon runner deals w/, i would say thats not "minimal activity" as you called it.
and if you REALLY want to go w/ the 'minimally active' route, ask any kid who marches in BoA or college marching bands, and ask if its "minimally active"

I would both agree and disagree with Taco.
High School band that just plays at sport events = Not a sport.
College or High School Marching Bands that do the big huge3 competitions, with all the syncronized movements and all that = Sport.
And the Olympic test don't fly. Paintball is a sport, go play a Speedball match and say it isn't, yet it is not in the Olympics.

well yea i know there are some bands i wouldnt consider a sport, like the ones you said. if they JUST play at the half time show, then thats just a band...not a marching band. if its a MARCHING band, that has the movements n stuff, THOSE are a sport. hence why im not saying BAND should be a sport...but MARCHING band. if you just say band, that can be anything...jazz band, concert band, hell even rock band! but im not arguing about band. i mean i havent said marching band everytime, but that was like the first/main comment ive made...was MARCHING band is a sport.
and i only put the "olympic test" because i know quite a few people who try and use that...honestly, i would say if theres any sort of professional version of the activity, it should be considered a sport. and by professional i mean you have to sign up and try out, and you have to use your own free time to do it. NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS, MLB, all those are "professional" versions of the high school versions. you have to do those on your own time. DCI falls under the SAME category...

Want me to get in there and whoop his ass? I can make my way to gamestop and pick up a copy. Being meaning to do so for the claptrap dlc.

You did it for him first, which sucks, cause I get sloppy seconds.
