I broke down and bought the game and it is really, really good. I never thought a turn-based tactical game could be so good on a console.

Right now I just have troops named after Melissa and Kait. On her second mission, Kait ran in stupidly and threw a frag, destroying some valuable salvage, so I let her get cornholed the next turn.
I already used all the friend and celebrity names I wanted (Jessica Chobot and Amanda Seyfried are my star Supports) so all the new hires from here on out will be XBA people. I'll keep y'all updated!

I was having an absolute blast with this game until I came across the enemies that could mind control. On one of the missions, I believe there was like 3 of them behind a wall. They immediatly took control of 3 of my guys, effectively turning them against me. I died 3x right there. The very next day the game was headed back to Amazon for trade-in credit.
I mean, what was I supposed to do in that situation? Can you stun your own guys?
