1) If you have two Xbox One consoles, do not sign in to a gamertag until you load up the game you're trying to play. If you sign in before loading the game, it will kick you to dashboard never actually loading the game (basically, if you have two consoles and use both for everything, be prepared for a weird time).
2) If you wish to uninstall apps, arcade games, and/or installed games, simply go to my games and apps and hit start/menu and choose uninstall (you will have to hit the button while whatever it is you want to uninstall is selected). This will allow you to sort of manage your drive's space.
3) If your console has a hard time installing discs, pull the power cord from the back while it's trying to install a game. Plug it back in and try the install again, it should work now.
4) The cloud feature for Netflix is garbage, always choose the "newer" option when prompted to load a cloud save for Netflix.
5) If your saves are not found after loading a game, unplug the console at the game's main menu and plug it back in and try again. This should resolve the issue.
6) If you change your password to your gamertag/live profile, you'll need to remove the tag/profile from the console and download it again, otherwise paid apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. will not work and give you a connection error (only 360 consoles will prompt you to enter new password).
7) If you don't want your power brick fan going when the console is off (the power brick will still show a white light), go to settings, then console power up and turn off instant-on. It will change to energy saver and the light will be amber when the console is powered down (the fan will also not constantly be running).
8) If you're having problems with games loading then booting you to dashboard, there are no confirmed to work methods to stop this from happening. Apparently M$ is aware of the issue and it is Operating System related. They're working on a patch, but no details about when it might be released.
9) If you are playing the XB1 version of a Uplay-enabled game that has items that carry over from a 360 version and they won't load, go to the Uplay website and unlink your gamertag then go back to your XB1 and load the game like usual. When it asks, re-enter your Uplay info and when the game starts, the carry-over items will load (right now this is mainly for the robes and previously purchased rewards in AC4 Black Flag. It may also apply to Watch Dogs later).
