I'd personally say Dead Space but that's just because I love anything horror, they're both awesomely fun games, you might get more playtime out of Bioshock though.

dead space if you like horror, if you want a longer experience go for bioshock

bio shock man, the story is epic and it's basically a fps under the sea with crazy powers you can use and creepy girls that steal peoples blood that you have to save(or kill).

I just found out i can get both dead space and bioshock. I thought dead space was $20 but its only $15.
