So after talking on the phone to microsoft support for about an hour and a half and talking to about 8 different people, I finally found out that all of those codes that people were using to get ms points were "fraudulent" and after explaining to them that I was charged for the codes I purchased and still hadnt received the codes to redeem for the mspoints they told me that on there end they didnt charge me so I have to talk to my bank, and Im pretty sure when I walk into the bank and am like, um yes I attempted to make these purchases through microsoft and they charged my account but I never received the product.....the bank will tell me to F*ck off lol So im either gonna have to file a fraud report through the bank towards microsoft, or just gonna have to chalk it up as a loss, good thing its only 10 bucks :/ but WTF thats screwed up! Sorry had to get that off my chest im a bit agitated ha

I'm not sure how I would feel about losing mine. I'm currently at 1340 but once you get the 3 year badge you can't lose that. I guess I'm just hoping for more awards for longer streaks.
