I've had this same problem for about 6 years now. I graduated high school in 04 and always had a normal good sleep schedule due to me playing sports most of my life so I had to get good sleep. When I graduated high school I started working 12 hour night shifts and did that for 2 years but ever since I left that job I've never been able to get back to a normal schedule, always finding myself stayin up til at least 3 in the morning no matter what time I work the next day, and like you, i can go through the whole day just fine with only a couple hours of sleep. I've never taken anything to help me sleep, just kinda always dealt with it but now that it's been 6 years I've gotten used to it. These guys seem to have some good ideas for remedies though. Il have to try em out myself and see if it will help.

someone should update some of the stickies on the forum, a bunch of them are pretty old (like e3 2011 in xbox gaming section.) move them to more relevant games like new halo, cod etc.
