I hate it when workout systems involve diet. I love me some food and it would be an uber sacrifice to give it up. Good thing I am the epitome of studliness and do not require any kind exercise. I also have an awesome beach house on some nice ocean front property in Arizona too.

i haven't done it for a while, or at least the WHOLE program.
i do a select few vids.
But if you follow the diet plan and do the workouts as planned,
you will lose a good amount of weight, and gain a good amount of Muscle as well.
it's very tough in the beginning, with the videos being so hardcore, but if you believe in yourself, and have a good head on your shoulders you should be able to keep up with the program.
