There's no such age here. There are no modifications of custody except if the parent is neglecting or abusing the kid- or if they're an idiot and sign something without understanding what it was like I did.

Actually tried that. Spent $10k and tried to make the argument that she was endangered. She didn't want to switch schools so she said she didn't want a custody change. Even though they don't get to choose, them being opposed is an almost instant block.
