It IS illegal within the United States at least, not sure of other countries. But since XBL is worldwide (they cant prosecute outside the US I don't think) and the use of public proxies, it's nearly impossible to locate someone doing this, just hope they fuck up somehow.

Ended up getting 9 world records in Thomas Was Alone on Xbox one. Didn't even really speedrun any levels... Some are by many seconds which is crazy.
