Xbox America has been xba for years. X360a decided to rebrand themselves as xbox achievements and call themselves xba. Technically in a legal showdown, we would have the upper hand. However, neither xboxamerica nor xbox achievements has any legal grounds to sue, due to the fact that it would be like you suing someone else with your initials. Now if another site popped up and called itself xbox Achievements with the intent to make people think they're the same site and defraud them in some way, they could sue.

If you're going to take legal advice from someone, make sure their IQ hits triple digits. But definitely threatening the site with legal action is a bannable offense, as your friend found out.

Other bannable offenses are spamming up the forums, and arguing in threads (especially with staff members. Not really slick). Check out the terms of service and code of conduct you had to agree to in order to join the site. And chill out.

If I can put in my two-cents here, don't gang up on Heath so much. A little bit is fine in good humor, but entire pages is a little much. I try to keep drunken posts to a minimum, but we're all human, and this should be an encouraging environment.
