There's only 3 active players in the league that have scored 60 points in a game though, melo, lebron, and kobe.
Gilbert Arenas will probably find a bench to sit on next season which would bring the total to 4. 60 is obtainable for lots of guys (Like Arenas) if they are the sole offensive option for an entire game.

Kevin Durant could do it. I'm not sure about anyone else in the league.

The Net's getting back to .500 is far more impressive. Call me when he breaks a record. That's like 43rd on list behind scrubs like Tracy McGrady and Carmello (Who scored 62 THIS YEAR). He also did it against the BOBCATS just like Carmello did. Basically same feat (Even the completion % was identical) I saw 2 months ago with less points. Carmello even came out of the game with 8 minutes left in regulation. Could have easily gotten 70+
No it wasnt, Melo had a lower field goal percentage.
And the bobcats have the 7th ranked best defense in the league.
When kobe dropped 81 no one was like LOL THAT WAS THE WORST DEFENSE IN THE LEAGUE THO. Who cares it's a difficult feat?
It's hilarious Melo and then LeBron both did it just a month apart.
There's a 20 pt difference between 60 and 81 and its also the 2nd highest scoring feat in NBA history. I agree tho it was against the Raptors so meh.

Good game on ABC between Bulls and Heat just went into overtime.
The Bulls are not afraid of LeBron for sure.

That's less points then the game between the 7th (bobcats this year) and 30th (raptors the year kobe scored 81). Lol just saying.
NFL free agency begins tomorrow.

I am genuinely surprised DeMarcus Ware got released.

I like how aggressive the Browns have been. Whitner, Dansby and most likely Ben Tate next. They also tried to trade for Revis but may have to compete with the Patriots for him in FA since he didn't wanna restructure his deal. Also reports say they may be interested in bringing in Matt Schaub, who had his best years when Kyle Shanahan was his OC in Houston, to compete with Hoyer for the starting job.

I don't like the Browns Whitner signing personally, you paid 5 mil more for a safety not as good as you had and who signed for 5 mil less to play in denver.
But holy shit is denver stacking up on players this year.

Really? I saw it coming. They asked him to restructure his contract so they could save money from the salary cap and he refused and wouldn't do it. I don't think they wanted to but they didn't have much of a choice.

A little addendum to that previous posting. Ware and Denver agree to a 30M deal...Denver's loading up for next season.

While I like their aggression, I think that they should've kept one of either Jackson or Ward. They let them both walk and then (at best) replaced them without upgrading. Most likely they downgraded. Whitner is good, but TJ Ward is a top safety in the league.
Their aggression shows that they are willing to go out and get people, which I like, but they only filled holes that they made themselves instead of upgrading, but I digress. We'll see who else they bring in and how they supplement this FA season with the draft. Cause I swear to god, if they draft Johnny Manziel, that just might be the final move that I witness as a Browns fan.

I was a little bummed that the 49ers let Whitner go, but at the same time, he is kind of like Suh. They both get a lot of attention, and in some cases, unfair flags for hits that should have been considered legal. Add in that he wants to legally change his name to Hitner, and his target gets bigger.
Sometimes, not always, but sometimes, he seemed to miss tackles because he was going for the big hit instead of the play stopping tackle.

I really don't think they're going to draft Manziel. Carr seems to be the more likely pick. Especially if they bring in another veteran like Schaub. They released both Weeden and Campbell today.
