It can be a perma-ban if you are trading content between consoles without buying it. I've seen a couple of XBL Forums. If you are recovering a gamertag and playing it on your console with the GT that bought it I believe to be permissible since I have done that on many occasions and never have received any kind of warning.

As long as it's on the same console I can't see it being ban worthy since you can have multiple accounts signed in and all earning the same achievements at the same time on one console.

so i just ran across a pair of Gunnar optics gaming eyeware in store, $79.99. ive seen ads for these things around the internet, and honestly, im interested. they claim to make you a better FPS gamer because it decreases glare and a few other factors (tint, etc) but i would like a second opinion before i drop $80. anyone own a pair or know someone who does?
