If he gives me the account info and I put it on my box can I use all his DLC on MY original gamertag? Just need to redownload it all and transfer the license or what?

Putting a new Gamertag and it's DLC on my xbox?

So my friend may be getting rid of his 360 but doesn't want to send his gamertag with it and doesn't want it to go to waste if not necessary. He still has a year of Live on it plus a bunch of DLC (arcade games, add ons, etc).
If he gives me the account info and I put it on my box can I use all his DLC on MY original gamertag? Just need to redownload it all and transfer the license or what?

No need to transfer any licenses as long as you're always connected to live when you're playing the DLC or games downloaded from his tag and you have his tag on your xbox. You'll need to keep his tag on your xbox for as long as you want to play all the games and DLC you got from his account. Once you delete his tag, all the games and DLC will revert to trial games.

All of the above is absolutely correct.

No problem. Now hurry up with Megamind and Truth or Lies, I WANT THEM!

Megamind is just about done, Truth or lies I'm about ready to give up on...since I can't find my mic. I'll try and finish them for you tomorrow. You in line for sandlot sluggers and the backyard sports football one too?

Nah, I hate sports games. I don't wanna waste my time with those.

I would recommend you do the football one, it is quick and painless. The others require actions that are way too close to playing the game for me to jive.

I've already done the Backyard Football 2010. Or are you talking about Rookie Rush?

There are 2 football ones on the list and one is a lot easier than the other. This one is rookie rush and you have to go through story mode etc...the other was MUCH easier.

Yeah, I was just talking about the backyard football one. It was smooth, quick and painless. I started to do the Sandlot Slugger one and realized I was just not enjoying it at all--when it starts to feel like work, I shut that shit down. I'm done with the sports games, unless they accidentally make one fun.

Yeah, I got a few hundred on Sandlot Sluggers and don't think I'll go back to it. Couldn't care less about completions.

Yup, I hear that. I was going to play Rookie Rush and Sandlot Sluggers but figured I'd just pass since it would take more than an hour. If they were like Backyard Football 2010, then I'd play them.
