A year of DLC relating to unlocking weapons (Already in the game) that never seem to spawn in the random selection. Not very enticing.

Well I was near my GameStop again and I asked what was the deal with payday 2. The guy went on some story that UPS planes crashed and the shipment had to get reshipped and all kinds of nonsense, and then ended his sentence with, "We can get you preordered on splinter cell so you don't have to be wondering if payday2 will come in soon." I looked at him and said, "Because of your poor customer service skills and poor sense of telling the truth, I want to cancel the preorder and take my business elsewhere."
