October game releases
Destiny 1.5 Bonus Pack - the devs apologized for making a slow, grindy online shooter with no endgame or features, so they are releasing a new version for fanboys to buy. It doesn't have any new content, Bungie just likes money.
The Witcher 2 Extended Buy It or Die Edition - someone screwed up and told CD Projekt Red that not everyone in the world has bought & played Witcher 2 yet, so they are releasing a new discount version along with the statement "if this doesn't sell a billion copies, you ingrates don't get Witcher 3. Feck off."
Tuesday, October 14th:
FIFA 15.1 - Realizing that people will keep buying soccer/football games repeatedly, the developers are going to see if they can just re-release the exact same title 4 times a year.
Madden 25.1 - See above.
Battletoads 2 - We finally get a sequel to the storied NES action game that everyone remembers as being way better than it was.
Breaking Bad: The Game - cook meth and do other generally unsavory activities. The collector's edition comes with a glass pipe and a crack torch.
Ultra Super Street Fighter 4 Turbo Championship Arcade Edition - adds 1 all-new character and 17 more hadoken-throwing shotos incase the original 21 aren't enough. The collector's edition includes a tube of Astro-glide for when Capcom releases the next one.
Tuesday, October 28th:
Yaris 2 - The next installment in the hit Xbox Live Arcade action-racing series.
My Horse and Me Redux - Full HD remakes of both Horse games. Pre-order now to get a free bucket of horse feed.
Titanfall Special Edition - this isn't actually a game, it's a series of videos depicting Kat and I going negative KDR while Snapple Cap ignores the match's victory conditions and Daniel skips out to play Madden instead.
Dark Souls 3 - In response to internet kids saying 2 was still too easy, in this third one your character just dies instantly as soon as you finish making them. The collector's edition comes with a sharp piece of glass to slit your wrists or kill your neighbor's dog.
