I don't think so......it's a progression.....a reward for every step.....why should you lose a badge just for exceeding a prior level? If that was the case several of these badge series should be revamped....such as the donation badges....or the competition badges.....or the refer a friend badges.

I like both ideas.
For completions alone, I would say set the initial one around 50, just because, with all the waffles, it is a relatively easy target to hit.
For percentage, that would be harder to do, I mean, if you are right on the fence to a 50% and get the badge, then start another game, which theoretically could drop you below 50%, you would then lose the badge. That one seems more difficult to track, but I still like the idea.
