I am not saying that this is a bad policy in any way, actually it is good that they are actually going to start monitoring the top ten to see where the cheaters are. But if you are referring to me being a game-saver just because I have my achievements blocked, then you must also think that every black person you see is going to steal your shoes.
I am not trying to offend anyone here, but I just don't like when people stereotype things they know so little about. If someone really wanted to game-save for their achievements and still be on the leaderboards I am sure they will be smart about it. Also, IF I DID game-save, I would have a gamer-score a lot high than what I have now. I like to get achievements just because it is something to do on Xbox... I don't play COD or HALO online like a majority of people seem to do, so it would pretty bleak without achievements.

Yeah man, we're not saying every Muslim is terrorist but, every terrorist is a Muslim. So, not every hid profile is a gamesaver but, every gamesaver has a hide profile.
Actually, I have seen quite a few people with more than one discrepancy on their tag. I have seen people with levels 50 and 100 unlocked in the same day on Gears 2 (which is impossible)... I have seen people that have the achievement on Assassin's Creed 2 for beating the game as their first achievement, and many more. All of these people which have public profiles. Whether or not they game-save or they profile swap, or glitch... it is still against the ToS, and they have not been punished for it yet. So when you say "every person who game-saves has a hidden profile" that is actually a false statement. There are a ton of people who DO cheat that get away with it and people don't take a notice because their profiles are public...

It doesn't matter if their profiles are public or not, a cheater sticks out like a sore thumb to microsoft. They don't have EVERY punished because of the ToS. Read the Gamerscore Corrections on xbox.com. Otherwise:

Well it is pretty retarded then... people that have 5-10 games on their card that you know they either glitched or hacked should be reset... I don't know how else someone would meet the criteria if that isn't it.
