New Leaderboards Gamersaver Policy

Since its inception Xbox America has generally left punishment of gamesavers to Microsoft, with a few exceptions here and there. However, due to the overwhelming support for some moderation of the leaderboards, we're now going to moderate the top ten in each leaderboard. From now on, if you set your privacy settings to hide your recently played games, you will not be able to be ranked in the top ten. You'll simply be omitted from the leaderboard altogether. Gamers not ranked in the top ten of a leaderboard do not need to have their played games public to be ranked, although it is recommended.
Also, if Xbox America staff members notice three or more discrepancies in a top-ten gamer's played games, they have the ability—but not the obligation—to remove that user from the leaderboards.
It may take 24–48 hours for this policy to officially take effect because gamers will not be omitted from the leaderboards until their info is next updated.
