I've had Xbox Live since Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow and got screwed on my gamertag swap over (no 10 year console and it only says I'm a 7 year member) AND no emails, fuck them, canceling my One preorder anyways

I was told by a guy at support that as long as we ordered them by the 13th they should be delivered at the absolute latest a week from this Friday. The goal is that we should get them on Friday though...
And if you did get a system + games they won't e-mail the code until you fill out a tax form.

I wasn't told about a tax form...
but on the other hand I just got an e-mail saying that mine is being shipped tonight through UPS, unfortunately the tracking number doesn't work yet and it doesn't say when it should arrive on the e-mail.
