Thinking about picking this up, surprisingly found out that i can get it for $12 at Gamestop if I trade in a few games and use my power up rewards points wisely. Even less if I traded a few more in. Do you think it is worth it?

I also ordered one from Amazon for $45. It should arrive today. It looked really cool in the trailers. I wonder if they will make the pre-order skins available later because I'd really love to get whole of the Ash from Army of Darkness one that Gamestop had as a pre-order bonus.

I was unimpressed by the review from Joystiq. I thought Shadows of the Damned had some raunch just for the sake of raunch that went well beyond the bounds of funny (although I did mostly enjoy it when it didn't seem too forced), so hearing that this is even more over the top, to the point that reviewers who worshipped SOTD thought it was lame... Ehhh. $20 pickup for me.

I think it's going to be too gimmicky. Gratuitous T&A is fine if the game backs it up gameplay wise (Bayonetta) but this does not seem the case here.

it's a good suda51 game.
Suda51 has only made two games i'd consider "good". Killer7 and Shadows of the Damned. We will see on this one i'll give it a chance.

Jessica Nigri cosplayed as Juliet for PAX and junk. There was actually a big uproar about her pink catsuit being too-revealing.
That makes nofa king sense to me because Penny Arcade uses bad words and even shows gore.
I know people at game conventions are sick and tired of vapid barbies dressed up as the latest shooter, but Jessica isn't a stock "booth babe," she's a genuine enthusiast which PAX encourages in their bylaws.
