I recently got an iPhone and I am completely in love with it. Compared to the LG Vu I had the Vu fails on an epic level. Just wanna hear your thoughts on the iPhone.

The vu was a very bad phone but as for the iphone I love it but I'm not a fan of it, if that makes sense.
It does a lot but doesn't do simple that standard or or other smart phones do I mean come on they're just getting mms that's not cool.
They have 2 or 3 iterations of this phone but only improve a little for each one.
I honestly don't know how people can qualify for it 1st off att charges a arm and leg for a deposit and on top of that you need a major credit card to qualify for the iphone and then they charge you a crap ton for a new user and even more for an upgrade.
I have a samsung moment from sprint and I love it.
Ps sorry for the huge rant

I personally don't see much what the difference is in all the smart phones to be honest, hell I'm still using an LG EnV3 and I love it, I'm not sure what all the hate was over it....
In my opinion you either go droid with the real buttons and a touch screen or iPhone with your music and a pretty damn nice app store. I'll probably be getting a smart phone here in December to make my annual road trip bearable so maybe I'll pick a side by then...

I've always had Verizon as my cell carrier. I had a really bad time when I bought the first droid when it was first released. Their whole campaign for the phone was droid does or whatever. That was the problem though; the phone tries to do too much. What does this translate to? Horrendous battery life and bipolar performance. Then after that, I took a gamble and upgraded to the Droid X last July. After having the phone for a year, I can honestly say it was the worst phone I ever had.
Fast forward to this past July. I was able to upgrade to the white iPhone 4. Man, it is literally everything I could ask for. The transition was day and night, and quite a smooth one at that. The phone has an awesome design and I love how synonymous it is with iTunes and other stuff. The display is by far the most crisp I've seen yet. I just thought it was funny how I wanted a 4G phone, and when I used them at the store, all of them were terrible. ESPECIALLY the HTC Thunderbolt. The thing literally froze up 4 times while I used it there, perfect sales pitch if you ask me.

It's already been leaked, the press release for the east coast was for 1:00 but it has already been leaked that the next iPhone will be an iPhone 4S. Which doesn't really surprise me, I had a feeling they would keep with the same trend. Give them about two or three years and they will release the iPhone 5.

According to TNW, it's been briefed on what the tech firm will showcase in California this afternoon, and it's not the 'iPhone 5' but an upgraded version of the current iPhone 4.
The iPhone 4S features an 8-megapixel camera with "enhanced optics" and "more definitive GPS features" thanks to Apple's new A5 processor, the site claims.
iPhone 4S is said to be "much more powerful than an iPhone 4" and "feels like the high-end device", all but confirming that the device will feature Apple's new A5 processor and include 1GB RAM, as tipped in previous reports.
The device will retain the same dimensions and design as the iPhone 4, it's said, with the much-rumoured teardrop design and aluminium unibody tipped for a future iPhone.
Wefll bring you the official news as it arrives.
