Hey - people make themselves look stupid. I am fairly good at pointing it out. It comes with the phrase "What do you mean by that?" Too many things are stated as fact and no one questions if it sounds somewhat factual - I do. We live in the age of fingertip information - why wouldn't I ask for specifics? If they want to start a fight - bring it. I have yet to face someone that made themselves look like an idiot who also thought they were good at fighting that actually had the goods to back it up.

Did you take your Metamucil today?
Here's what I mean by that. You sound crabby and scrappy today.
And if you want a fight, then I challenge you to a duel my good sir.
Here's my goods:
Feel free to help yourself, all you can eat.
Did I win the fight?

People who don't understand jokes and keep asking for clarification and acting like it's serious when it's obvious to everyone else that it's a joke are the ones who make themselves look stupid. Sorry. Words don't always mean their exact definitions, especially in text.

Man I must be remembering The Lost World poorly. I read the book and saw the film the day it released, but I haven't seen it since. I do remember a stupid moment towards the end when the little girl defeated a velociraptor with gymnastics...

I think that occurred toward the middle of the movie. The end of the movie is when the T-Rex is running loose around San Diego.
