Fallout Shelter is a "new" F2P game that just dropped on the XBONE after having been available on phones for a while now. It's got an addictive quality to it, requires little to no attention, and is one of those "okay, press a button then wait x amount of time for it to happen."
I'm too lazy to link it, but just boot up the console it's currently on the dashboard.
Basically, the goal is to develop and upkeep a Fallout Vault a la the Fallout series. It's basically a game all about Pip Boy guys and gals. You can go on quest, read quippy dialogue, and let the whole thing just run while you do real work, looking up every 5 minutes to collect resources and level up residents.
I'd say give it a go. Getting a lot of the achievements takes butt loads of time since there's so much waiting involved, but don't let that stop you. I'm ending this post because my vault is getting attacked by raiders.
