Yeah theatres on Thursdays at midnight or Fridays, I meant like DVDs and stuff.
Someone explained to me one time the rationale behind new CDs and DVDs being released on a Tuesday and it made enough sense but I seriously can't remember the story, plus I think games should come out on Fridays on principle anyway, so gamers can play during the weekend.
Also, it would be neat cause for midnight release parties, you could hang out at the game store 'til midnight, get your copy, then you and your friends drive over to the movie theatre and catch a brand new flick.
