LOL, lets see here....Microsoft is probably going to ban anyone and everyone who posts or makes any mention anywhere of playing the game before release date.

They have already made it very clear that anyone found on Xbox Live playing an unauthorized copy of Halo Reach will be banned.

I have NEVER played a single unauthorized game on Xbox Live....EVER. I'm not concerned.

Add to that the fact that I played a LICENSED copy of it for these pictures.

Direct from Microsoft....

"As with all unauthorized play on Xbox Live, anyone playing any unauthorized title runs the risk of account permaban and console," wrote director of policy and enforcement for Xbox Live Stephen Toulouse on Twitter.

"Remember, legit store bought copy runs no risk of ban. Key word: UNAUTHORIZED. We have ways of knowing. :>"

I happen to own a legit copy that someone else broke street date on....again, I'm not concerned. It pays to live in a fairly small town with a shady used video game store. Except their prices suck...

And for anyone who wants to point out that I mentioned I have it pre-ordered so why would I want 2 copies? The pre-ordered copy is Legendary...I want all the extra goods.

i dont really use faggot as an insult to call him homosexual. its just an insult. and altho hes smart enough to not play the game on LIVE, hes still a faggot for getting it early (which, if im correct, is still illegal even if bought?) and im sure what that store is doing is also rather illegal...im sure somewhere on the MS website it talks about that being illegal and prolly some fine of sorts...too bad im too lazy to go search around for it, tho im like 85% sure thats illegal to break the official/set date of a games release...

Them selling the game early is 100% illegal, you are right there.

Me buying something sold at a store is legal...though some could throw in some moral questions since I was aware that they shouldn't be selling the game.

ok, well i guess TECHNICALLY just the basic story of "i bought it from the video game store" is legal...but once you throw in the fact that theyre breaking the law, you could almost be considering breaking it too, by means of association
