Check what rank you'll be after the level cap is removed!
1. Disconnect internet cable from Xbox
2. Turn on Xbox, sign in
3. Play Halo Reach disconnected from Xbox Live
4. Press start and check how close you are to your next rank
For an example, it showed me as being almost at Commander.
You could be halfway to Commander Grade 1. There is no level cap offline.
