As for the Limited edition, it is priced at just $69.99 (only $10 more than the base game) and includes a token for a gold-plated lancer for in-game multiplayer use. I personally ordered the Gears Limited edition just to get the free Radio Controlled Tank thing that Best Buy is offering, but the in-game gold lancer is a nice touch.
