the man had paid for 23 hours and the only reason they checked on him was because his paid time was over, the thought that someone could have died in the same room and not get discovered for 13 hours kinda makes me sick (btw the whole pic in the paper thing way over the top) even more so that it was only the time limit they were concerned about not the man's condition,i was just blown away when i saw the first dudes pic, he was locked in the same position for like 13 hours till they checked him
