It takes about 8-10 hours for the first disc, but the second disc is like 25-30 hours, and the third if you do everything is like another 50-100 hours.
As for achievements, probably not as hard as Star Ocean IV, but still not an easy 1000. Probably won't see any legit 1000's for a few weeks.

i'm just mainly worried about those ranking ones. i can deal with grinding achievements any day, but ranking achievements are a different story, those are a nightmare for me....
