I agree Dead Rising is very much fun.. Although I like the Resident Evil franchise, ( the older ones are better ) The Cod zombies are fun with friends from time to time...

i still have to play dead rising.... lately I've been getting sucked into Dead Island which has been pretty fun, though I'd prefer less glitchy exploits

I have tried L4D 1+2 and don't like them at all - the zombies move too fast for that zombie feel. To me, zombies shuffle slowly along (they are rotting after all), sometimes making a grab for you if you get too close...which reminds me, I should go back and finish DR.

I would have to say Resident Evil, because it was the first game that introduced me to killing zombie. A close second would be Call of Duty: World at War (zombie mode)......I love killing me some nazzzzi's (if I can be so bold as to borrow the feelings of some inglorious fatherless soldiers)!
