No, probably not. Normally when the problem is on our side, the staff can manually update gamertags still. Right now, our system thinks it is correctly updating tags, it's giving the message that the tags are updated, but the scores aren't changing. My best guess is that either with all the changes to their systems, xbox is no longer feeding updated scores the way they used to and our system won't work anymore, or code somewhere is broken. I don't anticipate this being fixed barring Jackson's intervention.
Oh wow... that is not what I was hoping to hear. I just thought I was just reporting a random bug. Now I feel awful.
