Bucks win big! 37-7. Jim Tressel's now 9-1 versus Michigan.
Curious to see if Rich Rodriguez keeps his job.

Sorry Boise State, but I'm tired of hearing about how relevant your team is. Good riddance.
Agreed!
The Big Ten is looking like a clusterfuck right now at the top especially if the Badgers win later (hopefully!). Kinda sucks Ohio State didn't play Michigan State this year so we would have a clear winner. Either way if my Badgers don't get the Rose Bowl bid good luck to the other Big 10 guys later.
I'm sure the Badgers will win today and it looks like the Spartans will be left out of the BCS.
My prediction is that Auburn and Oregon win out and play for the NCG. Wisconsin will play TCU in the Rose Bowl and Ohio State and LSU get at large bids and play each other in the Sugar Bowl.
I feel so sorry for the Spartans because their rightful BCS spot will be filled by a garbage Big East team with no right to be there, likely UConn in the Fiesta Bowl. Even the ACC automatic bid should be forfeited to a more deserving team like Oklahoma State or Oklahoma. (or Nebraska if they lose the Big 12 title game.)
I think it's certainly beyond time for playoffs!

Well, well, well... It seems as though LSU will not be joining the BCS party after all says Arkansas. That will most likely put Stanford in a BCS bowl and now I would guess that the Buckeyes could end up playing the ACC champs, maybe. This may get interesting. I guess it depends on whether Va. Tech or Florida State wins the ACC Championship game.

Yes it's getting interesting as well as more confusing (to me at least). I'm also on that playoff bandwagon. The only reason they say thay won't do it is because they will lose money but I really don't see how. I would ahve been a real mess if Bama had held thier lead yesterday too.

Yeah, once the Buckeyes lose a game, I usually root for mayhem!
It's funny because down here, it's so SEC biased. All of the local commentators are clamoring for Arkansas to make a BCS bowl since they beat the LSU Tigers today.
In the end, a very worthy team or two is going to miss out on a BCS bowl. If South Carolina finds a way to beat Auburn, then more good teams will miss out. I'm fairly sure that the Bucks will get an at-large since their fans travel very well and they bring in a lot of money.
Now the Buckeyes' best hope for an at-large bid is for Wisconsin to jump Stanford in the BCS standings.

GODDAMN BADGERS!
Congrats to TCU, but for Christ's sake Wisconsin...
The Big Ten was bad today, but Wisconsin has effectively made the entire Big Ten a laughing stock.
It turns out that little teams will beat the big retards. Wisconsin=the new Oklahoma.
Sad.

Yeah, Wisconsin pooped in the tub but not as bad as both teams from that state up north.

TCU's win means neither Auburn nor Oregon has any hope of an undisputed national title since neither of them will get to play TCU for all the marbles...

Doubt it. They can make a case but still they beat Wisconsin....by two points. I think had they come out there and clobbered them they would have had more of a case, but honestly the MWC schools don't get a lot of respect from either the BCS or the AP/Coach's votes. Not to mention the Big 10 has looked like total crap in the bowls so far (though really other than Wisconsin and OSU this year it really was crap - I think MSU was okay but not nearly top 10 material). I imagine whomever wins the Oregon/Auburn game (especially if it is Auburn because EVERYONE loves the SEC) will be undisputed.
All that being said, I had originally hoped TCU would play a non-big 10 team in their bowl and destroy them just to make the case that some sort of playoff system is needed because the BCS is a money-making joke.

I'll be willing to bet that at least one or two AP voters from Texas will still vote TCU over whoever wins the title game.

Very true, but I doubt enough to propel them above the winner of the BCS title game.
I'd really like to see things changed, I think there have been some solid teams that deserved a crack at the top spot. As much as I love OSU there is no way in hell we should have been there when Boeckman was the main QB after Troy Smith left. The system is a joke.
I would love to see OSU have a solid shot at the title each year and when they win no one can say it was luck if they had to beat 3 good teams to get there.
