The reason someone who gets caught cheating would go to a different GT is because any achievements they "earned" before they were reset are no longer available to the offending GT. That means if you get 1250 on Gears and then get reset, no matter how many kills you get, you can't get SERIOUSLY... again.

why is beanman2099 still on the leaderboards? he got banned once then made like 2 more accounts and that ones still active.

Just because you get banned does not remove you from the leaderboards. We don't remove people from the leaderboards, the only way is for MS to reset their GS.

i think that is dumb rule. He is no longer part of the XBA community, and should be removed as he is no longer a member, for being banned.
Its like XBA banned him, but is still letting him reap the benefits of being a full fledged member, which screw us active and non cheating members.
I think that rule needs to be looked over and modified as it is just a contradiction all on its own.

I've seen many blogs on 360voice like this. If they are offline for a while and rack up a bunch of GS then come back online it says they get all those points. Not necessarily cheating. I went a month without any internet connection and played games offline and it did this to me too
